Commissioned by Regional Arts & Culture Council and Unico Properties, for Moda Tower in Portland, Canopy features five mirrored glass tree sculptures in the lobby. Each leaf reflects light and casts shadow. Nearly 200 leaves envelope visitors in ephemeral layers of light, and cover space like a shifting canopy. This installation honors local logging industry trees.
